PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI MAHASISWA S1 ILMU KOMPUTERDENGAN DOSEN PENDAMPING MELALUI KUNJUNGAN INDUSTRIKE PT MINDO DEVELOP: PEMBELAJARAN ARSITEKTUR SISTEMSKALA ENTERPRISE DAN STANDAR INDUSTRI GLOBAL

Abstract

Abstracts are written in English. This community service activity aims to enhance the technical competencies (hard skills) and career readiness (soft skills) of S1 Computer Science students at Universitas An Nuur, accompanied by a team of lecturers, regarding enterprise-scale software development, cloud infrastructure, data security, and global industry standards through an industrial visit to PT Mindo Develop. PT Mindo Develop is a digital solution development company serving international clients, primarily in the United States (US) market, with a service ecosystem encompassing software engineering, 24/7 Customer Service (CS), creative content management, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. The implementation method comprised five stages: (1) preparation and coordination, (2) initial briefing, (3) field observation and company tour, (4) interactive system architecture and DevOps discussions with industry practitioners, and (5) impact evaluation using pre-test, post-test, and satisfaction questionnaires. The results demonstrated significant improvements in students' understanding of enterprise system architecture & microservices (48% increase), AWS cloud infrastructure & DevOps (52% increase), data security & global compliance (46% increase), as well as 24/7 service management and global client workflow (44% increase). This program effectively bridges academic theory with international-standard professional practices while strengthening the link-and-match synergy between Universitas An Nuur and PT Mindo Develop.
